Package Your Item
Place the item securely in its original Newbridge Silverware presentation box and protective outer packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the return address label to your package and send it via a tracked postal service to our headquarters in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
